Your feet and ankles are very important. They’re where you connect to the earth, where you ground yourself. If you have a lot of holding patterns in this area then it will be hard for you to ground yourself and discharge stress.
Do each of these exercises for 3-5 minutes each. You can put on a music track of this length, on repeat on your sound system. Give it a try and let me know how it goes.
